It doesn't matter. Niggers know they can commit brazen crimes in broad daylight and get away with it, especially if they are minors. So, these bucklets, if caught, might go to a juvenile detention center for a couple years, have their crimes erased and be turned loose on the public to start committing worse crimes right away. If there are any cops left by then, they will have to engage in an endless cycle of nigger wrangling over and over.
