Illinois is a state that is more concerned about protecting criminal*illegals than Americans. Back in May, the Illinois State Senate passed a bill, essentially making Illinois a “sanctuary state. ” Breitbart reported that the Illinois Senate has passed a bill intended to curtail the powers of federal immigration officials to detain and deport illegal aliens even if they are convicted of a crime.
