Hate crime is a manufactured term. Crime is crime no matter what the motivation or emotion felt at the time on the part of the perpetrator. Exactly what was the initial crime here that was aggravated by hate? She knocked a cell phone out of a nigger's hand? That's destruction of property at best and only if it was destroyed. Battery? This is such bullshit.

If a crime and it's punishment can be legally aggravated by emotions then by extension it can be mitigated as well:

-Your honor, I had to kill her because I loved her.
-It made me sad because they had a better car than I did so I had to steal it.
-The only time I'm happy is when I'm burning down people's houses so it's not my fault!
-It's not rape, your honor. I love little Jonny/Suzy! It was consensual!

This is a slippery slope that we've been forced to stand on here, my friends. These examples sound foolish, do they not? They are the next logical evolution to a problem created by these laws. Some might call this the law of unintended consequences. I do not. I see them as the intent from the start. Chess with the devil is a long game.

It seemed like half the country went into an apoplectic meltdown when Texas didn't charge the Jasper Three dragged James Byrd to death because they weren't charged with a hate crime. It didn't matter - they all got the death penalty just the same.

Crime is crime no matter the motivation or emotion felt at the time of commission. To consider any other factors is a slippery slope. Now the woman is going to receive an undue and harsh punishment not because of destruction of a cell phone, but because she, like most all humans, doesn't want to be around niggers.

This isn't about crime. This is about forced acceptance of niggers, deviants and every other social ill conceivable.

Most of the time the nigger is the perp, but those REAL crimes are never HATE crime. This DA is just pandering to subhuman apes over what, an argument?
The only "advanced nigger run nation" in the world, Wakanda, is in a pre-adolescent, comic book, super hero fantasy created by whites.
I learned racism from the nigs. I am not a white supremacist, just a black inferioricist.
