The famous British flying squadron of WWII had a mascot dog named Nigger. The grave has now been removed. The BBC will not even mention the name of the dog in their story. This will upset a lot of folks for sure.

To have been seen crying over an animal in WW2 may have got folks talking. They were mission focussed. I'm sure many a tear was wiped from their eyes when they went to bed that night. Tally ho chaps, keep calm and keep hating the Hun !!
