Black Pampers

We were riding our bikes home one summer day, back in 1971, when we saw a package plopped on the Long Beach bridge. We opened it in my friend's garage, and found it contained an incredibly lame fake bomb, and a cassette tape. Even a 13 year old bomb expert like myself could tell the alarm clock, 9v battery and road flares didn't have a firing circuit. We played the tape, and heard an indecipherable cacophony of jibbering negro idiots, babbling like crazy. One of our friend's thought they were calling themselves The Black Pampers, which we got a kick out of. From what I could gather, they were the Revolutionary Strike Group of the Pampers, they were declaring war on the white devil muddafuggers, and they had a list of demands. We shut that niggerbabble off at that point, and taped our band rehearsal over it.
