12-year-old charged in connection with rape of Queens woman: NYPD

A 12-year-old male has been arrested in connection with an attempted rape in Queens Tuesday night, police said.

The incident happened at 8 a.m. on Monday in the vicinity of Gates Avenue and Cypress Avenue. A 37-year-old woman returned home and was approached by the accused, who followed her into her building. When they were inside, the male pushed the victim to the floor to try and remove her clothing.

Attempted rape is rape minus sufficient time/effort/planning/force. Any rapist deserves the death penalty. No matter the age, no matter the victim. They cannot be rehabilitated - the proof is obvious and self evident simply by asking any person ever the following question: Would you want this person living next door to you?

That's exactly how I feel about "attempted murder" where the perpetrators get a break because they were incompetent. Attempted murder should get the same penalty as murder.

As for the rapey niglet: Rape is in their DNA and they're never too young to start to follow their destiny and instincts.

Um, it's possible that the niglet just has an unusually low IQ (for a nigger) and doesn't understand the general concepts of rules and laws in human civilizations.

Some niglets are born with congenital defects as a result of their mothers abusing alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, methamphetamine, amphetamines, cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, morphine, quaaludes, jenkem, glue, gasoline, and who knows what else.

edit: Sometimes I wonder if humans and niggers didn't so much genetically deviate 30,000 years ago, but I wonder if niggers were created by the most mentally challenged humans that then went and mated with chimpanzees, monkeys, and gorillas. It would explain a lot, wouldn't it?
