Tigers are really not just like us.

There once was a far away place where Tigers and Humans lived together. This place was the most advanced, productive country in the land.
The Tigers that they had were just like the ones we have.
They were dangerous animals
They had sharp teeth.
They had big scary claws.
They could run and jump faster than any Humans could.
But the Humans were smarter than the Tigers.
They knew that to be safe they needed to live separately from the Tigers.
So humans built their own towns.
They sent their kids to Human schools.
They ate at Human restaurants.
They played in Human parks.
The Tigers had these things as well.
They had their own schools.
They ate at Tiger restaurants.
They played in Tiger parks.
But some of the Tigers were not happy with this.
They wanted to eat where humans ate. Even though they ate different food.
They wanted to send their cubs to Human schools. Even though they learned and behaved differently.
They wanted to play in Human parks. Even though they liked to play much rougher than the Human kids.
These Tigers saw no differences between Tigers and Humans.
So even though Tigers had the same things that Humans did, this was not good enough.
So these Tigers began to cause problems for the Humans. They forced themselves into the places where only Humans went.
Eventually they caused so many problems, that the government was forced to let them go where the Humans went.
So Tigers and Humans went to the same schools.
Tigers and Humans ate at the same restaurants.
Tigers and Humans played at the same parks.
That was when the once prosperous country started to go downhill.
The Human teachers did not know how to teach Tigers. They could not deal with the rowdy, aggressive Tigers. They spent most of their time dealing with the problems Tigers created, and less time teaching the Human kids.
Still the Human kids somehow managed to learn, despite the problems.
But the Tigers did not.
No matter how hard the Human teachers tried, they just could not get the Tigers to care about school.
When test time came around, very few of the Tigers could pass.
So the Tigers complained that tests were not made for Tigers.
When they made the tests easier for Tigers they still could not pass.
So the Tigers complained that not enough effort was made by the Human teachers to teach Tigers.
The government spent much money and put more resources into teaching the Tigers.
But the Tigers still could not pass.
Then the problems really started.
The human kids, that were getting less attention from the teachers, started to do worse on their tests.
A lot of them were afraid to go to school because the Tigers caused so many problems.
They began to care less about school.
They got bored going over the same stuff over and over again.
The once Human schools now had to put all of their efforts into trying to educate Tigers.
Once peaceful schools now had to have zookeepers and guards posted at them to keep the Tigers from hurting the Humans.
Everyone at these schools suffered.
The Human kids that graduated knew less and less every year.
Finally the Human parents decided that they were going to start their own schools.
The new Human schools did not have to deal with the problems Tigers created.
But they were very expensive, because the government did not give them any money.
Still Human parents worked hard to send their kids to these schools. Their kids were learning. They did not have to fear for their safety.
The armed guards and the fences were gone.
The kids learned more and more.
Their test scores were higher than they had been in a long time.
But the Tigers test scores still remained the same. So the Tigers started complaining that they should be able to go to the Human schools with the good test scores.
They thought that the Humans had some unfair advantage. How else could they explain the difference between the test scores of the Tigers and Humans?
So the government, to be fair, forced the Human schools to take in Tiger students.
And the same thing that happened before, happened again.
It eventually got to the point where everything in life was dumbed down for the Tigers.
The government had to force companies to hire Tigers because it could not afford to feed all of the jobless Tigers.
Then companies started to take their business elsewhere so they would not have to deal with Tigers. The ones that stayed, had to deal with, lazy, dumb, Tigers. They could not compete with the other companies, so they went out of business.
The once prosperous country had begun to crumble.
All because of those that thought Tigers and Humans were the same.
