Former Tallahassee Police Department officer Vincent Crump, who was accused of raping a woman during a traffic stop last year, pleaded to felony aggravated assault on Friday.

Crump, who is the brother of prominent civil rights attorney Ben Crump, will spend two months in jail (I thought niggers do life for a joint?), serve five years of probation and relinquish his law enforcement credentials. He’ll be barred from applying and working in law enforcement in any state and undergo psychosexual evaluation.

While in uniform, the 44-year-old had sex with a Monticello woman at Dorothy B. Oven Park. She then reported the incident to TPD as a rape, according to investigators.

Crump was fired the same day as the incident.

He pulled the woman over on Thomasville Road and allegedly insinuated that he smelled marijuana in the vehicle and said he could offer her a deal to stay out of trouble. Assistant State Attorney Sarah Dugan argued Crump played on her fear of getting arrested to coerce her into sex.
