Off the top of my head, this sounds like a bad idea from a legal standpoint. Guys have gone to jail for revenge porn and anyone can say anything about anyone on the innerwebs. At least here, we can discuss items in the news and cite media stories under fair use laws. Checked the link today and it appears that niggers and or SWJ's hijacked the site. Not a very secure or well managed site for sure.
Revenge porn only comes into play when you post actual pornographic, nude, or sexually suggestive images taken of someone during some sort of intimate relationship and then posted later as a form of revenge. I don't see anything illegal with their site, or I'd probably advise them. I know these guy from the GAB social platform. They're nice guys.

I know it's not porn and that was obviously a bad example for my point which was really more about possible slander and liability issues that I was worried could possibly get us shut down. If anyone can say anything about anybody on the internet then how do you know whether it is true or not. It could always be something as simple as a nasty divorce. I don't know if this could be the case because I couldn't tell what the website was supposed to have on it originally - which brings me to the second problem - they must have some lax assed security since it looks like they got hacked to bits.
I am not a legal expert but unless it is Libel or you revealing their personal identity/home address/ work place etc, I do not believe there is anything they can say about publicly known facts.
However if you are posting something that is not already public I believe that is a privacy violation that can get you or the website in trouble. Such as "check out this photo of a burner I know. Her name is Mudshark Fuxalottacoons and she lives across the street from Wakanda."
It looks like the site already got the axe. That did not take long. Probably some liberal nigger lovers got offended their nigger loving was posted for all to see. I hope the guys who built that site didn't get in legal trouble.

Two things I'd advise them to stop allowing is the jew-bashing/WP shit, and comments from the Incel crowd. Neither of those things gets them support. Additionally, they ~might~ run afoul of the law by placing any information, public or not, about a minor.
