It's a damnable crime of malfeasance in office that prosecutors don't charge them with reckless endangerment at the very least over this stunt. It's no different than driving through a school zone doing 90 during an ice storm. If anyone were to get sick over this it should be attempted murder and if they died, give them thejuice!
Whatever happens to the victims should happen to the prosecutors who have failed miserably and more importantly willfully at their jobs.
