If your browser does not let you register, most often it is because your Internet provider is blocking access to certain sites. Or you are using your workplace Internet and they block those sites. I have also been told certain cellular systems block access to certain sites.
Let me highly recommend the Tor Browser. It is free. I use it on Linux and Windows, but it is also available for other platforms as well. You can even use it from a USB pen drive. It leaves no trace of your IP address and basically blocks any website from tracking you. The only important caveat is: Do NOT open it to full screen. And did I say it is free?
