Groid arrested for 9 rapes and armed robbery, its attorney wants "psychiatric evaluation"

Clayton County police arrested Kenneth Thomas Bowen III after they said they had linked its DNA to several attacks and rapes.

Bowen was indicted on 60 charges tied to the attacks that included rape, attempted rape, kidnapping and armed robbery.

Bowen's attorney wants to look into his client's "mental" state before that happens.

"I will be filing a motion next week for a psychiatric evaluation," attorney John Turner said.

The rape-ape should be sent to a veterinarian to be put down. Psychiatrists have human patients who need their medical assistance. They should not be forced to deal with mindless and instinct-driven wild apes.
