I agree with SCA the Good Doctor -- the shooters were likely Messicans. Fresno is one of those rare total shit-holes with a less-than-average nigger population. I don't know what it is now, but when we lived in SoCal (early 2000's), the 'No was about 50% Messican and lousy with Asian gangs...
