My Uncle James (RIP) was a VietVet in Airborne and he never took any shit from anyone. But, he couldn't resist pulling the goofy pranks at all hours of the morning, noon or night. He used to pop off Black Cats at 6:00 a.m. under your bed if you didn't get up during the summer. He theorized you were wasting the day if you slept in past 6 in the morning. Black Cats are now illegal where I live, showing what a nanny state is being shoved up our asses.

I'm no Vietnam vet, joined in 1981 at age 18. We were just doing some field training and after reveille I found this numb nut laying on his cot in a GP tent. Repeated attempts at shaking and even kicking his cot didn't work so I grabbed the closest M16 with BFA attached of course and fired off a round probably a foot from his head.
