Dog walker blinded in one eye after being whipped with belt in UNPROVOKED attack

A man in his 40s completely lost sight in one eye after a pavement ape whipped him in the face with a belt. Police say the victim was walking a dog through Memorial Park in Langley, Slough, Berkshire (in England), when he was approached by a group of 4 niggers and wiggers. One of the niggers asked the target for a cigarette before removing his belt and whipping him in the face.

Authorities say the man who whipped him is black, in his early to mid-20s and around 5ft tall. He was of slim build, had an afro style haircut and was wearing a brown knee length coat and a dark fur-lined hood.

Am I asleep? Did they actually just mention he was a nigger and give a description other than just "man" in is 20s? This is why it should be illegal NOT to carry. Whenever any amount of niggers are approaching you, 1 or a hundred, nothing good is about to happen.
