I'm guessing you're not genuinely curious, but here's the answer anyway:
As ocean levels rise due to climate change, land along the cost (which tends to be very diverse, read people of color) will be submerged. Those folks will be displaced.
Additionally, wars will be fought increasingly over access to clean water rather than for oil, etc. This will disproportionately affect poorer nations and those without the resources to buy or secure water other ways. Also, a high percentage of our military is comprised of people of color, and a higher disproportion of lower middle class to poor people.
Finally, many island nations, occupied by people of color and indigenous folks, will simply disappear below the water.
Food costs will increase due to water scarcity and changing climate, along with disruption of supply lines due to conflicts. As you may know already, there's a strong correlation between race and poverty due to historical and systemic factors.
