Rocky Mount police charged a stoopit nigger Wednesday for impersonating a law enforcement officer.

Fonnell Parker, 41 was reportedly driving around the parking lot in a white Dodge Charger. When questioned about his presence, Parker allegedly claimed he was a detective with the Rocky Mount Police Department.

Fonnell needs to go to Detroit or Chicago where he can do all the policing, raping and murdering he wants.
