A severely decomposed body found surrounded by alligators in Lake Maggiore on the Fourth of July has been identified as 16-year-old Jarvis Deliford.

Oh but it gets better than that:

Deliford went missing June 29, the day he left a juvenile detention facility in Clearwater where he was sent for violating probation related to an earlier burglary arrest, said police Lt. Matthew Furse.
The teen cut off his ankle monitor that evening in his mother’s home on Paris Avenue, jumped out a second-floor window and ran away.

And of course the family thinks there is foul play involved. No doubt evil YT killed the boy and dumped his body for the alligators to eat:

Laporsha Smalls, 27, isn’t so sure. She thinks someone killed Deliford.
“Jarvis isn’t an ordinary child. He doesn’t go to beaches, he doesn’t even play around water. He doesn’t know how to swim,” Smalls said. “They left him there to die, and to get eaten by alligators.”

Alligators like to ambush their prey when they are near water. Then they grab them, drag them under water and drown them.
