A vile snakehead nigger was arrested Saturday after police say he exposed his muh-dikk to a mother and her three children.

Douglas Wayne Parsons, 54, is charged with three felony counts of indecent exposure to a minor, three felony counts of indecent liberties with a minor, and two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police say they got a call around 2:10 p.m. Saturday about a feral nigger who exposed his muh-dikk and began to stroke his black snake in front of the mother and her children.
