ABC7 Eyewitness news spoke exclusively to Sanders' family, who say he's innocent. Saturday is Sanders' first court appearance since being arrested for the murder early Thursday.

The victim, Andrea Urban, was killed on May 4 inside her Hinsdale home, police said. She died from blunt force trauma. For more than month, police were combing the neighborhood, looking at surveillance video and searching for her killer.
Sanders' family told ABC7 Eyewitness News that police have the wrong man.

"I know one thing, my son is not capable of this type of situation," said Shirley Boddie, Sanders' mother.
