      Two arrests have been made in a Sunday afternoon shooting that left a she-boon good and a buck seriously injured in east Charlotte.

      The victims, 21-year-old Shalecia Shav’ea Williams and a buck - whose name has not been released - were both taken to the hospital from the scene.

      On Monday, police arrested 23-year-old Reco Lamont Perry Jr. and charged him with murder in Williams’ death. Eighteen-year-old Beyonce Rorie was also arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
