      Last time i went to the circus i saw a group of chimps riding around on bicycles. Im lucky i didn't get killed.

      The victim reported she was running north, while the suspect was riding a bicycle south, when she waved and smiled at the man as she normally does.

      She reports the man said "what the f*** are you looking at," jumped off his bicycle, and tackled her from behind. He proceeded to throw five to six closed fist punches while on top of her, police say the victim reported.
