Police tell the Connecticut Post Todd decided to break off her relationship with Roberts after a few days. Police allege Roberts stole Todd’s car, cell phone and debit card after the murder.

And, we see the same theme emerge yet again. Burner suspects they may have made a horrible mistake, tries to break it off, dies as a result. There is no escaping your fate once you go down this road.
