A Wilmington Nigger wanted in connection with an Aug. 31 hit-and-run turned himself into police Thursday.

Quemar Deshawn Wooten, 31, is charged with hit and run leaving the scene with property damage, driving while license revoked and failure to stop at a stop sign.
