      You would think the easiest way to get these Chuck E. Chimp type places shut down would be to co-opt an organization like MADD to get onto the fight. Think about it. These places serve alcohol in places where children are, and, are effectively 'promoting' not only drunk driving, but drunk driving by people who have children in tow. Isn't this one of MADD's primary mission goals?
