A Florida NIGGER was charged in connection with a May 7 theft after police said he snatched a pack of diapers from a Salisbury dollar store.

Jeffrey S. Louis, 19, of Miami, Florida, was charged May 8 with theft of less than $100 by the Salisbury Police Department.

Louis, who court records show was wanted on a conspiracy to commit burglary charge in Indiana, waived his extradition rights and is awaiting transport to The Hoosier State.

Salisbury Police were called to the Dollar General for complaints of a shoplifting. Two minutes prior to the dispatch, police said Louis walked into the store and grabbed two packs of Luvs diapers, at a total value of $27.45 before tax. An employee followed Louis out of the store, but Louis waved her away and ran toward Baker Street.
