Nineteen people died when a boat carrying about 150 migrants sank off the coast of northern Cyprus, and rescuers were searching for 25 other people, Turkey’s coast guard said on Wednesday.

There is apparently some misunderstanding of the rules here. Preventing the rock fish from actually croaking is a severe violation of the rules, and will result in a fate far worse that being suspended from the Rock Fish Derby. You save it, YOU fucking pay for its crimes.
