Linebacker Jamaal Evans was charged Thursday with rape and forcible sodomy, both felony charges. He’s accused of raping a woman who said she remembers drinking vodka in the basement with a friend and then waking up in a shower in a bathroom at the residence after she hit her head on a metal rack.

According to friends of the woman, Evans and the alleged victim went upstairs, purportedly to get a drink. As the friends searched for her, they saw her phone under a pool table and figured out the two were in a bathroom. They tried to get into the bathroom and Evans allegedly said they were “good.”

Per KSL, police then recorded a phone call the woman placed to Evans in the days after the June 17 incident. She tells him that she was impaired during the incident and “[The woman] accuses Evans of rape, to which he responds that she needs to trust him because he is the only person who was there and knows what happened,” the report states.

I tend to lay the blame at the feet of the person hosting the party. IMHO, they should held be criminally liable for the conduct of their pet niggers.
