All this means is that the niggers can stay in the locker room during the Anthem. But you know they won't. They will get all chimpy, stay on the field, kneel for their looks-at-muh, and dare the NFL to do anything about it. Which it won't: it's handed off the responsibility of discipline to the teams. Niggers shouldn't be allowed to stand for the anthem anyways. They call themselves Africans thus it doesn't apply to them. They are non-citizens in my book and need to be deported with the rest of the illegals.

All of this is a dog and pony show anyway, to show that the owners are 'paying attention' to the concerns of the fan base. A multi-thousand dollar 'fine' handed out to a nigger that makes $12 million a year is meaningless. You won't see an end to this until multi-game suspensions occur, or the guilty niggers are Kaepernick'd (not picked up by a team).
Fining the team, rather than the player, (because that violates collective bargaining agreements with the NFLPA) makes it even more meaningless, because now it's a multi-BILLION dollar entity having to pay it, and they won't even wake up from the nap they're taking on their yachts to give two shits about it.
This is tantamount to the owners saying to each other like, 'Hey, I'll bet ya $50,000 dollars, per occurance, that my niggers will kneel less than your niggers do'. It's just a gentleman's bet, measuring the behavior of one pack of niggers over another.

Hell, they can probably take it off their taxes to boot. This is an ass-nothing burger if there ever was one. Legal sports betting and fantasy also won't remain silent if key, game-changing players on playoff teams are benched.

If none of that convinced you that this will amount to ass-nothing, allow me to present Vontaze Burfict. Bengals-Steelers. Playoffs 2016, wild-card weekend. Winner advances to the second round of the playoffs. Bengals lead, 16-15. Burfict head shots Steelers receiver Antonio Brown, drawing a 15 yard penalty to the Bengals 47. Steelers are driving. The very next play, Burfict, (along with Pacman Jones, another fan favorite) single-handedly costs the Bengals the game, because he gets into a 5 minute long pissing match with the refs (to this day, no one is 100% sure as to WHY), going so far as to lay hands on him. His teammates are pulling him away, coaching staff is pulling him away. There's so many yellow flags on the field you could have walked to the other sideline without touching grass. This nigger is chimping so hard, he single-handedly draws THIRTY yards in penalty yards, (the most serious field-of-play penalty in a single play is 15 yards) putting the Steelers at the Bengals 17 yard line. Steelers kick an easy chip-shot field goal and win, 18-16. This nigger single-handedly cost the Bengals the game, and advancement in the playoffs.
This stands as probably the largest display of niggerdry to cost a team. Anyone who knows football will tell you playoff advancement is a BIG deal in the NFL. It's a lot of extra ticket money. TV money, player bonuses....a lot of fucking extra cheese. Tens of millions were lost by bettors either taking the points on the underdog Bengals, or outright betting them to win. In terms of lost profit to a single team, the national anthem bullshit is a drop in the bucket compared to the hit the Bengals took to the pocketbook that day. If there was EVER a nigger that needed to be hung out to dry for it's monkeyshines, Burfict would be that nigger.
Not only is he still playing, he's still playing for the fucking Bengals. That's how much the owners care about what the fans think and want.
