A music teacher is accused of playing the 1800s version of “Oh! Susanna” to several of her classes at Washington Elementary School in April. Some children and their parents later brought it up at Bible study at Washington Missionary Baptist Church.

Gary Washington says his daughter who is in fifth grade is one of the children forced to listen to the lyrics that spout violence and racial terms.
