I am not saying it is right .......however if you look at how a great deal of these females are suggestively dressed and they are at an alcohol drug type of rock and roll venue then perhaps they should realize they are setting themselves up for possible inappropriate behavior. It would be kindred to leaving your keys in your car and the car doors unlocked in an undesirable neighborhood. Crowd surfing? Trusting your body's safety to strangers who are supposed to lift and pass you on to the next guy? You are already offering them up a feel if they happen to grab your butt to support you. Like the post above suggests, don't go to nigger and/or rock festivals if you want to be safe from this type of behavior. Pretty basic.
