Long story short, when Communism was still spreading from places like Russia to China. The West was like you guys are racist. If you believe in equality etc.. You would be educating niggers in your countries too. The Communist was like we don't want to look as racist. So they imported tons of African students into their countries to show the West see we aren't racist!!!
