Rufus Thompson, 29, was apprehended Saturday morning at a friend’s house in Trenton by members of the Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the U.S. Marshals New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force, officials said.Diaz-Delgado, 20, of Trenton, was found face down and unresponsive with his hands tied behind his back and tape around his face near the banks of Assunpink Creek in Hamilton Township last Saturday. He suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the torso, head and leg, and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the prosecutor’s office.Thompson, the alleged killer, is a convicted felon who previously served time in state prison on burglary charges. Police previously arrested him on May 8, 2013, in a Ewing burglary case. He pleaded guilty and got sentenced to three years of state incarceration minus 273 days of jail credit, according to court records.
In another prior case, Thompson previously got charged with burglary in 2012 from an incident that occurred in Lawrence Township on Sept. 10, 2011, according to court records. He planned to meet two people that day: One who was selling the console and another who was selling video games. He never made it to the second meeting because he was killed during the first.
That poor kid. If the court system had done the job right with the previous trials, the nigger would have been kept at NU forever. Instead, it was let go, and there's not a single nigger that leaves NU without doing worse and worse crimes. This murder was simply the first time the buck got caught for killing.
