Two VILE STREET URCHINS have been arrested in a shooting on Farragut Street.

Evan Lucas Neal, 19, and Dwayne Sawyer Jr., 29, address unknown, are each charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury, assault with a deadly weapon and shooting into an occupied property, police said in a news release.

Officers responded about 3:50 a.m. April 6 to West Florida Street and Randleman Road where they found a 49-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds to his arms and abdomen. Witnesses told police that the shooting happened in the parking lot of Budget Inn at 512 Farragut St. while the victim was sitting in a car.

Based on my own experiences, I would be willing to bet that the 49Y/O male was not the intended target, and that the two above-listed niggers were probably shooting at each other...
