A sixth grade boy faced school disciplinary action after his teacher decided his new haircut was 'disruptive to the educational process'.

Xavier Davis shaved two lines on the side of his head, which landed him in inner school suspension at Cedar Bayou Junior School in Baytown, Texas.

His father, Matt Davis, said he and the child's mother have been forced to color in one of the lines on his son's head in order to comply with the school's disciplinary code.

I'll tell you why the stripes are banned. It's not just a "distracting" hairstyle. I'm 100% certain it's a gang thing. As another example, the school where I teach has a strict policy about no hats indoors, except as part of a costume during a school performance. The principal had no choice a few years ago when a gang problem started. All the gangbanging niggers, Latinos, and even a few wiggers, were going around with red and black hats turned to a certain side. Banning gang symbols won't stop them from fighting, but there's something about clothing and colors that sparks fights when they see each other in halls.
