A Bronx man has been arrested for allegedly sneaking into a public restroom in a fashionable New York mall and trying to rape a teenage girl.

Ibrahim Barry, 24, is alleged to have entered a female restroom on the second floor of the Time Warner Center at 10am on Friday, and crawled under a stall in that an 18-year-old woman was using.
