Nigger bike thief busted when it returns to scene of crime looking for its sail foam

Port Authority police responded to the transportation hub at 2:40 a.m. on the report of suspicious activity at the bike racks on the station's plaza level. The officers spotted Abrams using bolt cutters in an attempt to steal a Mongoose bicycle from the rack, Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo said.

Abrams was stopped and placed under arrest, Pentangelo said, adding that it was believed a second man had pedaled off on a stolen bike moments before police arrived.

Police reviewed video footage of the incident and made a second arrest about 20 minutes after initially responding to the scene. That's when Murphy returned to the station, walked to the police desk and reported that he lost his cellphone, Pentangelo said.
