Niggers TARGET white homes and any white presence in their filth communities with all manner of outrages.. Wasn't me, but I am familiar with West Allis, it's just to the west and very slightly south of Milwaukee. So, not too far from one of Wisconsin's liberal nigger infested shitholes. Milwaukee, the peoples republic of Madison, and that stretch of lakeshore from Racine south through Kenosha to state line. And, I would bet the guy is just concerned, rightfully so, about any sudden spike in crime, particularly looting, rapes, and robbery.
