That is Southern food eaten by folks in the South. My Grandmother was a Southern Girl who married my Grandpa who was a Texan. My Grandma would make all sorts of Southern food for me as a kid, Collard Greens, Cornbread, Grits, etc etc. All niggers did was steal the cuisine of the South and take it with them when spread their plague across this land.

Collard Greens are awesome if you cook them right. The Cracker Barrel makes pretty decent collards, too. You cook them with some bacon until tender and serve over cornbread- YUM!

My Grandmother also used to make the most awesomely delicious Southern style cornbread stuffing every Thanksgiving that was beyond amazing. It takes all day to make everything in it from scratch, and mine is never is good as my Grandmother's, even though everyone seems to like mine just fine. That stuff is incredibly fattening, if I had access to it every day I would weigh four hundred pounds. Seriously, it's that good.

According to actual history, chitlins or chiterlings came about in the nigger diet during slavery. When Massa would slaughter livestock, the entrails and other undesirable parts would be left for the niggers. Why else sould you eat pig ass? I heard that pickled pigs feet came to be the same way. Chitlins were smothered in whatever sort of hot sauce or spice they could concoct and pigs feet were pickled.
