Cleveland ape in Officers' Clothes - TNB

Apparently a Cleveland Apefirmitive Axcoon hire had it's inevitable TNB. Apparenly it's already a known loose cannon, having other dicipline issues on its file.

Sorry if my writing seems a bit off. My mind went into "Stunned" after reading the article. Stunned that the ape had so many issues in the past, enough that any human officer would have been out the door.
