I think they are having some kind of niggerball event in Qatar. Don't know, don't really care. I literally only knew it was happening because of the brouhaha about the alcohol ban.
I went on 3 days R & R in Qatar back in '05. Had a good time- rest, recoup, buy dumb shit..... I was allotted 3 beers per day! After being in northern Iraq for the previous 7 or 8 months, I thought I was shittin' in tall cotton!
