They've had their own movies produced by a network dating back for years even before BET, MTV, etc. It is called the CCTV network and while that network isn't broadcast per se, many of it's game show productions are featured in mini-segments syndicated and regularly seen on other networks and local stations with shows like Cops and the local news. It usually features grainy footage of crimes in progress followed by a request to reveal the person in the video to receive a cash award by simply calling a number.
