The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that automatic life sentences for "juveniles" is "cruel and unusual punishment." Because, you know, their brains are still developing. They can change in prison and come out as productive members of society!

Yes, but it's not "cruel and unusual" for a helpless, innocent victim to be beaten, raped, and brutally murdered by a nigger, and she didn't even have the luxury of a lawyer there, pleading her case even though she committed no crime.
