If that were the case, I would literally offer to help my neighbors build traps in their homes for free (presuming they were willing to pay for the materials involved) so that they had a chance of surviving.

And while this isn't exactly a secret, it is possible to build firearms and/or explosives from items available from locations like Home Depot and/or Lowe's. I mean, what do you really need for a slingshot? A Y-shaped device, some rubber, and a dense object, right?
