Here is where I really do not understand our 'justice' system? This scumbag nigger has broken into to old women's apartments and raped them, one of them on the day after it was released from jail. When does our justice system say, "this nigger is obviously beyond any hope of rehabilitation. It will only commit rape again once it finishes this sentence. Let's put the beast down (execute). It will never get better,". Why do we incarcerate them only for them to fool a gullible parole board, win release, and immediately go back to it's monkeyshines?
I say that if the nigger is a repeat offender (2x....not 20x or more), just take it outside and goodify it. The modality in unimportant. Our society is as fucked up as it is because we keep releasing these nigger animals back into society. Look at how well it is working! There is no such thing as rehabilitation for a rapist PERIOD! I don't give a damn if you are a human or an ape, if you rape, you should pay with your life. Recidivism rates for rapist are supposedly under 20%. This doesn't account for non-reported assaults. Would you buy a plane ticket with a 20% chance of crashing?
