Bill Gates to Give $5 Million to Stinking niggers in Africa

This new coronavirus is spreading around the world, but so far there are no reported cases in Africa. That's not stopping the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation from giving the niggers $5 million dollars to combat the disease.
