Another nigger "athlete" can't follow simple rules. It wasn't banned over drug testing, but because it couldn't be found for a random test like the sport requires. It was too busy doping up, smoking crack, or muh dikking a ho somewhere, it'll lose millions of dollars in endorsements. Not having to see it on cereal boxes won't exactly break my heart, though.

The Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU), a global track-and-field anti-doping agency, upheld Coleman’s two-year suspension on Tuesday, ruling that the 24-year-old U.S. star was not where he said he’d be during a one-hour window last December. Coleman said he was there, at his apartment, briefly, to eat takeout Chipotle. Investigators didn’t believe him, and said a Walmart receipt was proof.
Coleman said he’d been out Christmas shopping, and could have been home in five minutes if doping control officers had simply called him. Authorities said that didn’t matter.

A trucker friend has told me how that industry's testing guidelines have gotten super strict over the years. If you're told to test, you go immediately, because you're given only as much time as it takes to travel to the testing center. If you refuse to go, you're treated as if you tested positive. If you don't make it on time, you're treated as if you tested positive. The rules are clear. The rules are clear in track and field too.
