Probably both. The nigger likely came in shucking and jiving thinking it was going to run shit with all his "street cred". Those places have cameras EVERYWHERE, too. There's a like a pod in the middle of the housing units that has an array of monitors where they watch the entire housing unit that they're responsible for guarding.
