Ex Albany NY Cop Who Shot Nigger Robber Daid Off Duty Cleared of Disciplinary Charges
See the cop Christofer Kitto contacted some coal burning POS Amanda Bushley who was pretending to be whore while he was at the Indian casino near Rome NY in 2019. Her boo Shatelle Hooks tried to rob the cop but got a belly full of lead for his troubles. While the cop was never charged with murder, it was clearly self defense, he got terminated by the Albany PD for the whore part. Then the Chief send a bad review to the state police disciplinary board. So he appealed it and won.

ALBANY – A former Albany police officer who fatally shot a robber during an off-duty 2019 encounter with a prostitute in Utica, leading to his resignation, may still have a chance to work in law enforcement.
In a 4-0 decision, the state’s second-highest court on Thursday reversed a 2021 ruling by state Supreme Court Justice Christina Ryba, who ruled in favor of the city of Albany against ex-Officer Christofer M. Kitto.
The ex-officer had sued the city, alleging it did not abide by an agreement to accept his resignation and, in turn, dismiss the police department’s internal disciplinary charges against him. Kitto, 38, of Guilderland, argued he was expected to retain his New York State Police Officer Basic Training Certificate, which would allow him to work elsewhere in law enforcement.
