In a March 22, 2020 speech broadcast live on Iranian television, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei reiterated the conspiracy theory that the U.S. created COVID-19 and is spreading it worldwide, and told its fellow sandniggers that "demons are assisting the enemies."
